Q. How can I see the cards that I am ordering before I submit my order?

A. You may order sample place cards to preview the beauty and elegance of Adornaments Place Cards. Up to four samples can be previewed at no cost to Adornaments customers.

Q. How can I be assured that I will receive my order in time for my event?

A. Adornaments Place Cards are normally shipped within two business days and are shipped by Priority Mail. The USPS states that priority mail is delivered in two to three days, so by submitting your order with these time frames in mind, you can allow sufficient time to assure that your order arrives in time.

Q. How can I handle last minute changes to my guest list?

A. Experience has shown that last minute changes to guest lists are very common. Therefore we encourage customers to order spare place cards that they can use to make these adjustments. Spare place cards are printed using the same card design, but the area for the guest name and table information are left blank so that they may be completed by you to reflect the guest list change. Guests who receive these cards, which may not match the others, know that they caused a last minute change and understand the reason that their cards may be different from the others.

Q. How do I set up the place cards for my event?

A. Your place cards are delivered unfolded. They should given to your catering manager as delivered and they will be folded at the time that they are set up. Customers typically use Adornaments Place Cards in the two-line format by arranging them alphabetically on a table near the entrance of the banquet hall. Guests find their card and use the table information to locate the table at which they are seated. Alternatively, place cards printed with the one-line format, can be located at the guest's actual seat. In this case, guests survey the tables to locate the place card with their name on it and find their seat.

Q. Can I purchase my place cards using my credit card?

A. Yes, you may charge your purchase using your Visa or MasterCard. We provide the capability for secure on-line credit card payment.

Q. Can I purchase my place cards using a check or money order?

A. Yes, you may order by mail and pay by check or money order. When placing an order by mail, be sure to allow the extra time it takes for your payment to reach us.

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. Orders are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Special arrangements can be made to expedite an order via overnight shipment at additional expense. To arrange for expedited shipment, please complete your order by contacting an Adornaments sales representative by telephone at (317) 848-5250.

Q. Why aren't Adornaments Place Cards available outside the continental United States?

A. Adornaments Place Cards are printed in the continental United States and because of the logistics to provide reliable delivery to our customers without excessive shipping and handling costs, sales are currently restricted to the continental United States.

Q. What are the shipping and handling costs for my order?

A. Adornaments Place Cards are shipped using Priority Mail Service offered by the U.S. Postal Service. There is a $7.50 charge for shipping and handling. Overnight shipping can be arranged at prevailing rates; call us for a quote at (317) 848-5250.

Q. Are orders subject sales tax?
